Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website and join the early access list.
1. Who is responsible
Stanislav Abramchuk, Volodymyrska 93/98, 45000 Kovel, Ukraine, email: certpilotsupports@gmail.com
2. What we collect
- Your email address and your consent, when you submit the early access form. We also keep the time of your sign-up (recorded by our email service, see section 4).
- Technical data in server logs (such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) created by our hosting provider when you open the site.
- This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other websites.
- When you submit the form, a new tab opens on buttondown.com to complete and confirm your sign-up. That page belongs to Buttondown and its own cookie and privacy rules apply there.
- We have switched off open and click tracking in our Buttondown account, so we do not measure whether you open our emails or click links in them.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis
- To send you one email when early access opens: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- To deliver and secure the website through server logs: our legitimate interest in a working and safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who receives your data
- Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this website. It receives the technical data in server logs when you open the site. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare's data processing agreement and its participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Email list and sign-up form: Buttondown, LLC (United States), which stores your email address and sends the confirmation and launch emails on our behalf. Buttondown also records technical data such as your IP address, the referring page, and the sign-up time. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Buttondown's data processing agreement. Buttondown uses sub-processors, listed at buttondown.com/legal/subprocessors. Buttondown's own privacy policy applies to its pages: buttondown.com/legal/privacy.
We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we have sent you the launch email and you have had the chance to unsubscribe, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier. If the early access never opens, we delete the whole list no later than 12 months after you signed up. If you unsubscribe, we delete your email address right away. Server logs are kept and deleted by the hosting provider under its own retention rules.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and receive a copy of your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, write to certpilotsupports@gmail.com.
7. Links to other sites
The sample question links to the AWS documentation. When you open such a link, the other site's privacy rules apply.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
